Access and transmission
The client portal and CRM are excluded from search indexing and require authentication. Order, chat and file access is authorized server-side. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
SECURITY / PRACTICAL CONTROLS
Data protection without impossible promises.
No system is absolutely invulnerable. We use layered controls, minimize access and validate critical actions on the server.
Files and forms
Uploads are limited by size and type; the server checks content signatures, not only file extensions. Forms resist mass requests, automated bots and cross-site submissions.
Infrastructure protection
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure with network filtering and protection against common DDoS loads. The application applies browser security policies, source restrictions and security event logging.
Messages and security boundaries
Portal chat is carried over HTTPS and restricted to authorized order participants. External messengers follow their platforms’ rules; their infrastructure is outside our control.
