Compare measurements and materials, not just size labels.
Build a list by product reference: design, colour, quantity for each size and required components. For existing products, send links and a screenshot of the selected option. For your own brand, add material requirements, construction details, the proposed logo and packaging. We ask the supplier to confirm availability, minimum quantities and feasible changes.
An S, M or L label does not replace a size chart. For garments, agree which points to measure and how, such as garment width, length and sleeve. For shoes, clarify the sizing system, insole length and fit requirements. Record material, composition and colour in the specification; any testing needs are discussed separately.
A sample helps assess fabric, seams, trims, fit and packaging before ordering the main batch. An agreed check can include close-up photos, measurements and comparison with an approved sample. Sampling and batch inspection cover different work: agree the criteria, number of units examined and reporting method before work starts.

What is the minimum clothing or footwear order?
It depends on the supplier, product and requested changes. We clarify the minimum for each item. For a trial order, assess goods, samples, services and shipping together before deciding.
How can sizing and construction be checked?
Agree the measurement method, parameter table, acceptable deviations and details to examine, including seams, fasteners, lining and trims. Inspection scope and the number of units examined are agreed before work. Assessing fit may require a sample with the client.
Can I add a logo and my own packaging?
Feasibility depends on the design and manufacturer. Send artwork, placement, preferred application method and hangtag or box requirements. We clarify separate costs, minimum quantities and whether a branding sample is needed.
