A supplier page and attractive photographs do not fully establish who will manufacture the goods. Send the listing, Chinese company name, supplied documents and quotation. We compare available information and clarify the company’s role, specialisation and issues relevant to your order.
Document review and remote communication have a different scope from an onsite factory visit. If a visit is needed, we agree the address, access, checklist, reporting materials and cost first. We distinguish information supported by available evidence from statements that remain unconfirmed.
A company review does not replace checking the product. Samples, an agreed specification and inspection of the finished order may still be needed. Each answers a different question and has a separately agreed scope.

How can I check whether a Chinese supplier is a factory?
Compare company information, specialisation and production evidence. One document or video cannot establish every claimed capability. An agreed site visit can examine specific processes relevant to the product.
Can you review suppliers found on Taobao, 1688 or Alibaba?
We can start with your link and seller contact. We clarify the company, product details and order terms. Data availability and verification scope are agreed before work begins.
What does an onsite factory review include?
The checklist depends on the task and agreed access. It may cover a production area, a process discussion and photographs of accessible areas. Social compliance, laboratory testing and certification audits are not automatically included.
Does verification mean the whole order will meet quality requirements?
No. Company checks and product inspection are different stages. An order needs agreed specifications, acceptance criteria and, where appropriate, a separate inspection before dispatch.
