SUPPLIER SEARCH

Find a factory for the product — not a product from a catalogue.

We start with your specification, then check manufacturer fit, the credibility of the terms and the ability to make your actual order.

A precise inquiry

Good supplier sourcing begins before the first factory message.

Identical marketplace photos do not mean identical production. We clarify materials, construction, functions, tolerances, packaging, quantity and target positioning so irrelevant offers are filtered early.

We collect each candidate’s terms in the same format. This reveals whether a low quote uses different materials, excludes required accessories or is based on an incomplete specification.

What we assess

01

Specialisation

Whether the manufacturer actually works in the category and has relevant capabilities.

02

Commercial terms

Price, MOQ, sample timing, production lead time, packaging and branding options.

03

Offer consistency

We clarify contradictions and label assumptions so the comparison does not create false certainty.

Sourcing method

A shortlist instead of information overload.

  1. 01

    Build the specification

Turn a description or reference into clear parameters for manufacturers.

  2. 02

    Search multiple sources

Use public platforms together with a local supplier network.

  3. 03

    Run an initial check

Clarify company profile, capabilities and whether the offer is realistic.

  4. 04

    Present the comparison

Receive 3–7 relevant options with differences, risks and next steps.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the work begins.

How many factory options will I receive?

Typically 3–7 relevant offers. The exact number depends on the category, technical requirements, MOQ and available production capacity.

Can you verify a supplier I already found?

Yes. We can review the contact, company information, specialisation and terms, then arrange samples or an on-site inspection when required.

Can you find a low-MOQ supplier?

We can look for lower-MOQ options, but MOQ depends on technology, materials, branding and packaging. We show the real limitations and possible trade-offs.
