SAMPLES · QUALITY CONTROL

Validate the decision before scaling the order.

We arrange samples from Chinese factories, compare them against the agreed requirements and document the finished goods before shipment.

Reduce uncertainty

A product sample is a decision point, not a formality.

Before paying for a production run, it is important to test more than appearance. We define the relevant material, dimensions, functions, colour, contents, packaging and acceptable tolerances.

For a finished order, we compare the available goods with the approved sample or specification. Findings are recorded through photos, video or an inspection report within the agreed scope and sampling method.

What to check on a product sampleA sample helps agree dimensions, material, colour, included parts and packaging before ordering a batch. The inspection list depends on the product and buyer’s requirements.

What can be checked

01

Pre-production sample

Materials, workmanship, function, contents and packaging quality.

02

Finished order

Quantity, visible condition, sampled units, markings and cartons before dispatch.

03

Corrective action

Record non-conformities and discuss possible rework before the goods leave China.

A control point

Inspection against agreed criteria.

  1. 01

    Define requirements

Build a checklist from the specification, reference or approved sample.

  2. 02

    Arrange access

Confirm the date, product readiness and inspection format with the factory.

  3. 03

    Inspect and document

Record findings, deviations and decision-critical details.

  4. 04

    Agree the outcome

You decide whether to accept, request correction or inspect again.

Information before shipment, not after delivery

Quality control reduces risk but cannot make manufacturing completely variance-free. We define the scope and limits of the check before it takes place.

  • product photos and video
  • an agreed-criteria checklist
  • documented deviations
  • materials stored under the relevant order

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the work begins.

Can samples from several factories be shipped together?

Yes. We can receive samples from multiple suppliers, record and compare them, then consolidate them into one international shipment.

Does an inspection guarantee zero defects?

No. A sample-based inspection is not an absolute guarantee. It reduces risk and reports the state of the accessible goods against agreed criteria and sampling.

When should the goods be inspected?

Check samples before mass production and inspect finished goods after production but before logistics handover. Complex projects may need in-process checks.
